At DXFforCNC, we strive for complete satisfaction with our digital design files; however, due to the nature of downloadable content, returns are generally handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Before requesting a return, please ensure your software supports DXF, SVG, or the specific file formats included in your download package.

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the technical issue or reason for the return request.

  Our engineers will review the file for defects and may provide a corrected version or alternative format to ensure the design works with your CNC machinery.

  Refund Processing

  If a technical resolution cannot be reached, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and your license to use the digital design will be revoked.
